Kingston HealthCare Company is proud to celebrate its employees. Recently, Kingston has been honored to receive several workplace and care-related awards. In recognition of the contributions made by its employees, Kingston has hosted numerous cookouts and celebrations.
To honor Kingston’s Perrysburg campus employees for making the company the “Best Work Environment” according to Toledo City Paper and for their recent NRC Health Excellence in Action award, a cookout will be held on August 7th. This is not anything new however. Just a few weeks ago, Kingston hosted a cookout for its Sylvania campus to honor its employees’ dedication to an excellent work environment. In addition, over the past 12 months Kingston has hosted additional celebrations for its designation as “Best Nursing Home” in northwest Ohio and in recognition of Kingston Residence of Fort Wayne’s safe operations and practices.
To show their support at each of these celebrations, Kingston’s CEO George Rumman and CFO Kent Libbe have flipped burgers and served employees. In order to reach every employee, food is served on first, second and third shifts.
“At Kingston, we are committed to our employees and believe they are the foundation to our success. Our mission, philosophy and approach are all dedicated to the employees. It is wonderful to work for a company that so greatly values our employees and celebrates the contributions and genuine care they each display,” Jennifer Capizzi, Human Resources Director.
Kingston is focused on providing the highest quality of care and they see their employees as the catalyst in delivering those results.
In 1989, Kingston HealthCare was founded on the simple notion that outstanding people, gathered for a common good, can make a tremendous contribution by helping people age with dignity and respect. Kingston provides 14 communities of choice throughout the United States for independent living and assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care. Valuing the virtues of honesty, sincerity, respectfulness and concern for the elderly residents, patients and their families we serve, Kingston has a proven track record that is as wide as the spectrum of care.
