Kingston of Vermilion received a perfect score by achieving zero deficiencies in its annual State Survey. This unannounced survey is conducted by the Ohio Department of Health. In addition, Kingston of Vermilion received an 89.35% overall satisfaction rating by the patients and residents residing there. This is above the threshold for the state, earning them points in quality. It is apparent from the recent State of Ohio survey that the facility genuinely reflects its mission to provide the best possible clinical and therapeutic care to patients who are transitioning from surgery or injury, as well as maintaining excellence in customer satisfaction.
