A PROVIDER AND EMPLOYER OF CHOICE!

In this role, you will be:

Screening visitors/phone calls and routing to appropriate individuals

Responding knowledgeably to general inquiries about facility services

Providing clerical support to management team

Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and basic memos

What you will need to succeed:

A High School diploma or G.E.D.

One year of prior experience as a receptionist or secretary, residential or healthcare setting, preferred.

Experience and proficiency with basic clerical functions such as filing, invoice verification, payroll, deposits, ordering and reconciliation of orders

Proficiency in use of Outlook including calendar and contact functions
