We are looking for candidates with:

  • Active Registered Nurse RN License in Ohio
  • CPR basic life support
  • Exceptional time-management skills

Primary responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) at Kingston:

  • Supervise care team of Nurse Aides, Medication Aides and LPNs to deliver plan of care.
  • Administer medications, following the 5 medication rights and reduce potential for errors.
  • Report changes in resident condition to physician, DON and responsible party, taking follow-up action as necessary.
  • Treat residents, guests, and co-workers with courtesy and genuine care.
