Key qualifications and duties:

  • Prepare dining room for meal service.
  • Take resident orders, serve beverages and plated entr e's, organize duties to ensure meal service is timely and food presented in the dining room is freshly prepared, attractively presented and served at the proper temperature.
  • Keep dining room equipment and surfaces clean and sanitized in compliance with Department Policies and Procedures.
  • Handle, present, and remove food service items in compliance with Department Sanitation and Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Experience as a waiter/waitress in a full-service restaurant, preferred.
  • Must possess a positive attitude toward the elderly.
