Kingston HealthCare is seeking candidates for a Help Desk Assistant in our Information Technology Department.

As a Help desk Assistant, you will perform a number of tasks including delivery of desktop, laptops, phones, and tablets to our users. Work will be performed in our Toledo, Ohio location as well as in our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities. 

Job Duties:

Work directly with users in Kingston facilities to connect and set up new equipment.

Provide IT support as a member of the IT help desk staff.

Image/ configure devices ( phone, tablets, laptops).

Deploy new devices to end users in multiple healthcare facilities.

Remote support end users from Kingston Home Office.

Provide general support to all Kingston Information Technology devices.

Job Requirements:

Prefer students currently enrolled in IT, computer Science or Engineering Major.

Proficiency with configuring Windows and iOS.

Experience with supporting a wide range of users at different levels of proficiency with technology is highly desirable.

Reliable transportation.

Strong written and verbal skills.

Ability to follow technical instructions and lift up to 30 lbs.
