In this role, you will implement and maintain effective, efficient systems to maintain the facility. Oversee and ensure the work quality of Maintenance Department. Ensure the efficient use and retention of equipment and facility systems. And Safely meet the needs of staff and residents.

What you need to succeed:

-High School diploma or G.E.D.

-Post-secondary training and at least 1-year experience in HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. Knowledge and work experience with application of building codes, safety regulations and fire codes.

-Must be able to read blueprints.

-Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, mechanical and electrical plumbing.

-Able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
