Job Duties: -Assess and provide clinical training and support to ensure a high quality of care and excellent resident outcomes -Provide mentorship in the use of new and emerging technology, techniques and practices in respiratory therapy to ensure Kingston maintains its reputation as a leader in clinical care. -Keep accurate and timely documentation to maximize service plans and ensure all care provided is reimbursable, necessary and appropriate. Key Qualifications: -Exceptional leadership, communication and customer service skills -An unwavering commitment to integrity -Dedication to professionalism & a high level of quality and service -Highly skilled and effective evaluation and treatment approaches -Strategic critical thinking and problem-solving skills -Strength in building relationships -Collaborative, team approach & work style Requirements: -Current state of Ohio Respiratory Therapy licensure -Graduate of a Co-ARC approved and accredited program with current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care and OH/IN licensure in good standing. -2 + years of experience in the critical care setting as a practicing RCP, preferably with additional experience in a skilled setting. -Must be organized, self-directed and highly motivated with demonstrated leadership skills.
