Sound business and financial acumen

Experience in the development of annual budgets

Integrity, passion and intuitiveness

Exceptional leadership, communication and customer service skills

Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the facility s home state.

Minimum 5 years of successful leadership in a Long-Term Care Setting
