In this role, you will be: -Screening visitors/phone calls and routing to appropriate individuals -Responding knowledgeably to general inquiries about facility services -Providing clerical support to management team -Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and basic memos What you will need to succeed: -A High School diploma or G.E.D. -One year of prior experience as a receptionist or secretary, residential or healthcare setting, preferred. -Experience and proficiency with basic clerical functions such as filing, invoice verification, payroll, deposits, ordering and reconciliation of orders -Proficiency in use of Outlook including calendar and contact functions
