In this role, you will help lead the Nursing Department to maintain excellent quality standards while helping staff members grow professionally in an uplifting work environment.
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum of five years of experience as a nursing supervisor in long term care, assisted living, or home health setting
- RN - Licensed Registered Nurse in State of Ohio
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage people and outcomes
- Dedication to a high level of quality and service
- Demonstrate positive teamwork and professionalism
