We are looking for candidates with:
Key Qualifications:
Must possess a current certification as a CNA
Ability to work occasional CNA shifts when needed
High School diploma or G.E.D.
An unwavering commitment to integrity
Dedication to a high level of quality and service
Ability to analyze census and evaluate on-going staffing needs using PPD calculations.
Ability to develop and adjust facility schedules to avoid or eliminate budget overruns through overtime or agency use, work with employees to cover unforeseen vacancies and keep accurate and current records of changes in anticipated scheduling
Requires attention to detail, the ability to set and meet deadlines and follow up on multiple, concurrent tasks
Scheduling experience in a healthcare setting.
