Primary responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) at Kingston
-Administer medications, following the 5 medication rights and reduce potential for errors
-Report changes in resident condition to physician, DON and responsible party, taking follow-up action as necessary
-Treat residents, guests, and co-workers with courtesy and genuine care
Qualifications:
-Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN license in Ohio
-CPR basic life support
