Primary responsibilities as a HR/ Payroll Assistant:
- Recruit the absolute best caregivers and support staff for our residents
- Retain high performers and ensure they have FUN at work!
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy with timecards.
-Lead by example using our key company Mission , Approach and Trainings to guide you.
-Associates Degree or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
-Strong Computer skills.
-Dependable and trustworthy, with a Strong and proven work ethic.
- Excellent written/ verbal communications.
- Detail oriented and organized.
