Job Duties: -Assist in adjusting menus for resident/regional preferences with Registered Dietitian's approval for nutritional adequacy. -Coordinate nutritional care of residents. -Complete nutritional assessments. -Develop and implement care plans. -Document dietary information regarding residents. Job Requirements: -Associates Degree in dietetic technology with clinical emphasis or a Bachelor's Degree in nutrition or dietetics. Registration with the American Dietetic Association desirable. -One or two years in related dietary capacity in long-term care facility. -Must be 21 years of age. -Must be able to speak, write and understand English. -Must possess a positive attitude toward the elderly. -Must be able to lift 30 pounds regularly. -Must perform job related travel as required.
