In this role, you will be providing services to meet the social and emotional needs of our residents to assist them in achieving their highest level of function possible. You will participate in the development of residents comprehensive care plans and assist with discharge planning as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
-A bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited college or university
-Must enjoy supporting the needs of elderly individuals
-Exceptional communication and dedication to a high level of quality and service
-Must be proficient in computer-based word processing applications
