As a Regional Recruiter, you will play an instrumental role in Kingston s mission to provide unrivaled care to our residents at our 4 Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing communities in Toledo.

1- Recruiting to fill aide and nurse openings
2- Overseeing 4 buildings in the Toledo market
3- Handing off leads to hiring managers once interviews have been scheduled

Primary Responsibilities & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree; Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a Related field
Use of staffing tools such as ATS, CRM, job boards, and social media (CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Basic level of understanding of HR concepts, policies, and procedures - EEO laws and others related to recruitment. Basic understanding of general labor market conditions and healthcare workforce. Proven ability to contribute in a fast paced, results-oriented work environment consistently and positively. Previous applicant tracking system experience with Infor preferred.
Excellent time management skills adapt easy to change. Ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment with capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities. Effective problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong influencer. Ability to use good judgment and maintain confidentiality. Ability to coordinate multiple priorities. Basic negotiation skills.
