Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
• Assess the physical, mental, and emotional needs of residents and develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote a holistic approach to resident care, emphasizing dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and team members to ensure continuity of care and a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Compassion and empathy for the residents under your care.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
