In this role, you will be:
-Assessing patient needs
-Serve as a group leader for specified units within the facility
-Collaborate with healthcare team members including the DON, Nurse Practitioners, Resident Physician, Nurses and aides to execute a plan of care
-Administer direct patient care
-Lead and instill a positive team culture
What you need to succeed:
-One or more years of experience in a skilled nursing facility, preferably in a supervisory role
-Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage people and outcomes
-Dedication to a high level of quality and service
-Demonstrate positive teamwork and professionalism
