Kingston of Ashland, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community, receives exceptional satisfaction rating by their residents. The honor ranks them highest in the Ashland region.
In a survey conducted by the Ohio Department of Aging, residents were asked to rate their satisfaction on a variety of site qualities including activities, choice, clinical care, therapy, dining and overall satisfaction, among others. According to the Ohio Department of Aging over 60,000 assisted living and nursing home residents participated in the face-to-face interviews to assess overall experience and quality of life. The statewide average score of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, also known as nursing homes, was 87 (out of 100). The report is available on the website to help individuals and families review nursing homes and senior living communities to determine the best options for their loved one.
