You’re among the nicest people I have ever known, and you’ll never be forgotten for the thoughtfulness you’ve shown. To the Staff of Kingston and all the workers, on behalf of James Eckle’s daughters, Dianna & Denise would like to send you a little something to show that we greatly appreciate all of the wonderful care and comfort Jim received during his four plus years there. Thank you all for being there for him. God Bless All of You!! Thanks for Everything, the James Eckle Family.
"Dearest Staff of Kingston, Thank you so much for the beautiful yellow rose and footprints blanket that you sent to mom's memorial service to honor her. Mom felt safe and enjoyed the years she lived under your care. I knew she was cared for. Thank you so much for treating her like family.
Fondly, Debbie Nemo.
To each and every caregiver in the Memory Care Unit. You are all so unbelievable in your ability to give such care and love to a person with Alzheimer’s and still make that person with the disease feel happy and alive! Thank you just isn’t enough for making Jack feel so special on his birthday and filling the void of my not being able to be there with him on his special day. I was so saddened but knew he was in good loving and caring hands. Bless each one of you for all you do. It is beyond words and you are all amazing angels on earth.
God Bless, Marilyn Hottinger (and Jack)
You have no idea how amazing you are. You go out of your way to care about others, sharing your strength, wisdom, and love in ways that lift spirits and touch hearts. You’re amazing in all that you are and in everything that you do. Thank you!
Dear Kingston Staff and Friends, We are most grateful for the loving care, kindness and attention that was shown to my mother, Lucylle Zieg, during her stay with you from December 2012 through her transition to Heaven on October 14, 2018. Over the years, she had been friends with many of your residents both before and after they moved to Kingston, occasionally had meals with them there and spoke highly of it. However, because of her increasing dementia, a diagnosis of which we were not aware at the time of her admission, she came to Kingston somewhat unwillingly, wasn’t really aware of how she got there, and we know she was sometimes quite resistant to the efforts of your staff to help her with her needs and care.
Nevertheless, we were certain it was the best place for her to be, and we thank God for you all. We are thankful for all that you did to make her as safe and comfortable as possible. Gratefully, Pete and Judy Zieg.
At Kingston Residence of Marion, we help couples celebrate wedding anniversaries by preparing their favorite meal for a fun dinner party! Recently, Russ and Alice Cupp shared in a steak and green fried tomato dinner with their friends. Here's the thank you note we received.
Thank you soooo much for the anniversary dinner. It was heavenly. The steak was perfect. I can't describe how good the fried green tomatoes were! Absolutely wonderful. You are not a cook, you're a chef!
Thanks again, Russ & Alice.
Since day one we always felt welcome. There is no way that we can personally thank every staff member; but, please know you have touched our lives and we are genuinely grateful. You are all angels!
Mom's care was amazing, and we felt the love and compassion from your staff. You not only cared for mom but my dad & I also, serving us meals and providing hugs.
I work in memory care, and I love it. I've held caregiving positions with clients that have cognitive impairments for 20 years now. My memory care residents and staff at Kingston are like a little family.
I love Kingston because I love my residents and I love my co workers. I feel very welcomed and my co workers are all very friendly and nice. I would also highly recommend putting a loved one in at Kingston.
I love Kingston because they are a company that really strives to care about not only the residents, but also their employees. They want to know when it's your birthday, anniversary, wedding, etc.. I love Kingston because they make each and every employee feel like they are appreciated.
Kingston has been an enlightening experience of the ways that help is provided to senior citizens. Planned activities, care assistance programs and also the social aspects of Kingston have a unique quality that I have witnessed. The most enjoyable and rewarding parts of my time at Kingston have been getting to know the residents, and the knowledge I have gained from being a part of the team here.
The first day I walked into Kingston, I fell in love and wanted to work here. When I came in for an interview, the staff was so friendly. Everyone was smiling, joking with each other and the residents. The staff was so friendly and looked like they enjoyed their job.
My grandmother had been to 3 or 4 other places and I always dreaded going there. It was depressing. It's not that way at all at Kingston. You could tell people enjoyed what they were doing. From the friendly housekeeping workers to the executive director, everyone seemed to work as a team. The staff seemed to truly love the residents and care about them. Seven years later, I still love my job and being here at Kingston.
For the last few years, Kingston of Marion has won the best of Marion's Favorite place to live and work. I sincerely love being here at Kingston and it doesn't seem like just a place of employment. It's like being with family every day. I love the fact that the company appreciates their employees and goes above and beyond to show us that. It starts from the top and continues down to everyone. I feel like I found my home here at Kingston!!
I have worked in a number of good places. However, KRM is a cut above the rest. Not only is upper management committed to each employee's success but the resident truly comes first. The management team at KRM is dedicated to excellence and is always striving to exceed expectations. Working at KRM is an honor and to be a part of our residents' lives is a true joy.
I have had the pleasure of working for Kingston for the past 25 years in a variety of roles. Kingston challenges me with opportunities to grow and develop professionally. To me, Kingston's Philosophy, Mission and Approach is the solid and secure platform that anchors me in an ever-changing industry.
I love Kingston because of the Mission: "We, the employees of Kingston HealthCare Company, are committed to setting an example for others to follow by being honest, respectful, friendly and encouraging everyone to be their best."
I love Kingston because our passion and goal is to provide excellent customer service to every patient and resident! I absolutely adore our senior community and love being able to be of service...working for Kingston enables me to give back to those who have already given so much themselves! They deserve excellent customer service and nothing less! Kingston goes above and beyond in ensuring my own personal success, giving me training and tools that allow me to be the best Kingston ambassador I can be! That's why I love Kingston!
I love Kingston because of the heartwarming staff who work here. I also get a great sense of pride helping others through my work.
