GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
C1.Services of Other Providers. The Resident may receive services from outside providers in
Kingston so long as the outside provider is properly licensed and certified under the law, complies with all applicable government rules and Kingston policies. You must notify Kingston prior to engaging any outside person or entity to provide services to Resident at Kingston in order to discover whether the provider is permitted to provide services on the campus of Kingston and what particular rules and policies may apply.
You agree to be responsible for charges incurred by outside providers, and not to hold Kingston liable in any way for the cost of those services. Outside providers may not distribute aid-in-dying medication on the Kingston premises.
