From the first day I entered Kingston, I’ve been met with nothing but positive sights and sounds and I continue to be pleased with what I experience. The facility itself is bright, warm and welcoming. Of equal and perhaps greater importance is the fact that whoever I encounter at the reception desk, in the halls, or at the nurses’ station puts forth a very welcoming presence, smiling warmly and making direct eye contact when speaking with me. Looking directly at someone when conversing with them is one of the greatest signs of respect one can show to another.
