Kingston Residence of Vermilion scores in top 2% of state on customer satisfaction
Vermilion, OH, July 2018 — Kingston Residence of Vermilion was recently recognized by its residents through an NRC Health survey with a customer satisfaction score of 95.89%, an exceptional rating compared to the state average of 85.2%. In fact, Kingston Residence of Vermilion recorded the 14th highest satisfaction score amongst the approximately 720 Residential Care Communities in the entire state of Ohio.

Qualifying skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities must have completed a customer or workforce satisfaction survey in 2017. Winners must also achieve a response rate of at least 30 percent. Their overall responses must have scored the organization within the top 10 percent of qualifying assisted living and independent living facilities and the top 20 percent of qualifying skilled nursing facilities on a series of survey questions.
