A wonderful, happy home

Dear Tammy and the Entire Memory Care Team, On behalf of the Hall family, I would like to thank you for the unbelievable show of support my family has received. For years ago when my mom, Loretta moved to Kingston Residence, it was “uncharted territory” for my family. Growing up, my mom had created a wonderful, happy home. My brothers and I quickly learned that Kingston Residence was also a wonderful, happy home to meet our mom’s needs. We had complete peace of mind knowing that she was well care for, safe and loved by the memory care team. As mom’s needs changed, your team never forgot that she was still a lovely individual; their kindness and patience with her was amazing. In fact, their kindness and patience with all residents was amazing to watch. On my many visits, I always felt so welcomed, and again amazed, that the memory care staff knew me by name. I would leave those visits thinking to myself, “I don’t know how they do what they do, but thank goodness for the Kingston Residence Team.” Kingston Residence is a special place. Please know how much you all are appreciated.
