At Kingston, I get to be a part of something much greater than myself. The staff I'm privileged to work side by side with has become like family to me, and seeing the differences we help make in our resident's lives is not only humbling, but rewarding. Since day one, I've been encouraged to think freely and outside the box when trying to help make the Kingston experience one of a kind. Each and every member of the Kingston team has a voice, and in my opinion, there's no better feeling than knowing your voice matters. It creates an overwhelming sense of purpose.
