Water bootcamp has helped increase my balance, gives me a great stretch, and it provides cardio too. The ladies in the class are a lot of fun! Our instructor is Great!

I love coming to water aerobics on a daily basis because the exercises provide strengthening and conditioning focused on the entire body that are very useful for everyday activities. Plus-we have the best instructor! She brings such positive energy to the classes and is extremely knowledgeable.

This class has helped me a lot after having some health issues. Since I started, I feel so much better. I come to Kingston three or four times a week to exercise. It also gives me a social life, everyone is wonderful! I have made so many new friends. Danielle is Great!
