Monica Koszycki is the Activity Director at Kingston Residence of Sylvania and recently celebrated her 10-year anniversary of being with our Community! Monica looks at her position as a special “calling.” She actually had a dream from her sister who passed away 10 years ago that she would come and work here. In many ways, she feels that it is of “divine intervention” that she has been guided to Kingston. Monica is grateful to have met so many wonderful residents and their families along the way, as well as great co-workers to work with to do the very best that they can for their residents! The management team is incredibly devoted to their community and she is proud to be a special part of that team! She is so grateful for her dedicated team of Activity Assistants, Wellness Coach, as well as her Chauffer, who all play very important roles in bringing compassion, genuine care, smiles, dedication, and FUN to our residents!
Monica has been married to her high school sweetheart, Steve, for almost 28 years (together for nearly 35 years) and they have been blessed with four amazing kids (Zach, Nate, Luke, and Josie). They have a dog, named Lacy, and Monica is a HUGE dog lover! Family trips to Cedar Point and Kings Island will always be special memories for her and her family!
